The Daily Pages are designed to provide you with the perfect space for your daily writing ritual. With a nod to our beloved -ism community, we've paid attention to the details lost on many.
Have a look inside.

If you've ever written a diary, perhaps you too have tried to finish each day on the left, so you can start on the right side of the notebook.
No way it's just us...
Either way, each day's writing starts on the right. Nice, right?

Staring at a blank page is arguably one of the scariest things at artist can experience.
Hence a quote for each day.
Even if you can't get your creative juices flowing - comment on the quote. Hate it or love it, it will get you writing.

The Daily Pages ask you to write. But they're not just for writers. They're for all creative souls out there.
And so, we added a little something.
Every 10 days of writing you'll get rewarded with a beautiful mandala, awaiting your creative expression. Color or sketch - the choice is yours.
Fueled by Art, Created for Art
Be productive, work more, make money, buy more - these messages from the money-centric world of today are more overwhelming than ever. But "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron gives us another path; one of inner peace allowing each one of us to discover the artist within (even when we firmly believe we're not artistic.

If you're familiar with the book (or become familiar after stumbling on us), it introduces the concept of Morning Pages - a daily writing ritual completed each morning.
But... How calm are your mornings? Are you ready (or able) to get up an hour early each day?
We're not. But we're still able to find the time to do our writing ritual. And this is how Morning Pages became Daily Pages.
Same amazing creative practice, less pressure.
Experience

If you're here you're already convinced on the benefits of the daily writing ritual. But if you need to convince someone else, here are a few points to help you get them writing, too.

It takes a moment to write three pages, but that moment is the most powerful tool you can get. Each day you practice calming your mind and taking it away from the exhausting force of multitasking.
Enhance mobility and build strength through sequences designed to support flexibility and muscular balance.

We use 800 to 1000 unique words each day, but we know 15,000 to 20,000 which we rarely get to use. Your daily writing will unleash the full power of your vocabulary helping you express better in your day-to-day life.

Focus on a single thought, explore it in full, see all angles. Make decisions based on knowing how you really feel about your life. Daily writing will give you this and more on a silver platter, my friend.
Practice focused breathing techniques to relieve stress, center your thoughts, and deepen your awareness.

You don't know how many brilliant thoughts you have until you write them down. Daily writing will help you discover not only your inner artist, but your inner genius, too.
Practice focused breathing techniques to relieve stress, center your thoughts, and deepen your awareness.
Are the Daily Pages a commercial business in the traditional sense?
Yes.
Do we rely on sales to sustain ourselves?
Also yes.
But are we going to push you to use the notebooks at any cost?
Absolutely not.

Creative people are the best people to have around and we want to live in a creative world. So we'll encourage you to write. On a Daily Pages notebook, napkins, or toilet paper: it doesn't matter. Just start writing.

If you haven't yet read "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron, we strongly urge you to do so. This will give you the most potent dose of inspiration. If you'd like to start writing your Daily Pages as quickly as possible, though, here are a few tips on how to make the most of it.
Whilst Julia suggests writing should be done in the morning, we have hectic lives, so we write whenever we can. The Daily Pages community is committed to writing daily and the time of day is unimportant- so long as there's wiring.
Following "The Artist's Way" plan, we aim for 3 pages of longhand writing (a.k.a. handwriting) every day, even when it feels like there's nothing to say.
The Daily Pages are not exactly a "Dear Diary" concept, although you're welcome to do that, too. Write your shopping list, frustrations, favourite films, future plans, anything.
Being able to set aside an hour each day to just breathe and write is the dream which some of us don't have the privilege to turn into reality. That's OK. Don't let interruptions destroy your flow. Start again when you can - it's OK!
Skipping a day only means that you have a life. Yes, consistency is fantastic. But it matters more that you're consistent in being there for your loved ones, or consistently show up at work. If you skip a day, so be it. Just pick it up when you're ready.
The most important thing about the Daily Pages is that it has to be enjoyable. Yes, you should give it a fair chance - don't give up after a day or two. But if a week later it feels like a chore, there's another creative expression out there for you. Go find it!
Join our community to stay up to date on everything we do to enhance the creative within each one of us. From short stories to new collection updates and live events, the newsletters will bring only valuable information (none of that nonsense constant blabber that most emails are these days).
The Daily Pages is ultimately a brand of notebooks, inspired by the incredible book "The Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron. Nevertheless, Daily Pages is also a community of people determined to allow their inner artists to breathe and eventually, thrive.
Each season we observe the world around us and try to express our very own artist through the collections we create. We want each notebook to be as unique as the season of your life in which you'll pick it up.
Of course you can! Yes, we are a for-profit organisation, but without artists there wouldn't be place in this world for us. So, please, do join us. Buying the notebook is a choice you're free to make when / if time is right. Writing, however, is a calling of the soul and we'd love to have you around regardless of how you choose to write.
Believe it or not, writing 3 pages per day for 30 days is a bigger commitment than you may think. So, if you're brand new to this we actually urge you to write on a notebook you already have (no point of financial investment if you're not sure this is your thing). Once you feel the love of daily writing, then grab a notebook or even subscribe - this is your long term commitment to your inner artist.
We're always happy to help so simply scroll down to the footer and send us a message using the contact form. We're committed to 24h business hours responses, so we'll be in touch shortly.
